Romania '08 - 18th October

The team left Aintree at 11.30am and travelled to Manchester airport for their flight to Budapest. Once in Budapest they travelled over the border into Romania and on to Zalau.  Arrival time was about 3.30 am, it was a long drive!

The first half of the week was spent living with local families, then the team moved higher up to the mountain villages where they all stayed together in a little hotel, whilst coming together to eat locally, being looked after by Pastor Nelu's wife, Georgina, and his parents. During the team's visit they split up and visited  a number of places.  (Click here to see the programme).
